These are the product-specific terms for SenseWho and should be read with the Luridge Technology general Terms of Service.
Scope and acceptance
These product terms supplement the Luridge Technology Terms of Service for SenseWho. By downloading, installing, or using SenseWho, you agree to these terms and the general Terms of Service. If they differ, these product terms control for SenseWho.
Product features
SenseWho provides audio playback, focus timers, scene preferences, and related experiences. Available features, audio catalog, system requirements, and regions depend on the version you use and the App Store listing. We may adjust or discontinue features as the product evolves, with reasonable notice where required by law.
License to use
Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use SenseWho non-commercially on compatible Apple devices you own or control. Except where law expressly permits, you may not copy, rent, sell, reverse engineer, circumvent technical protections, or create derivative works.
Audio and intellectual property
The SenseWho software, interface, trademarks, visual design, text, audio, and other content belong to Luridge Technology or the relevant rights holders. Audio is licensed only for personal listening within SenseWho. No copyright is transferred, and you may not record, extract, distribute, publicly perform, or commercially exploit it.
Wellness and attention notice
SenseWho is a lifestyle and focus aid, not a medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic service. Its audio and timer experiences are not a substitute for professional advice. Do not use immersive features while driving, operating machinery, or when continuous environmental awareness is required, and listen at a safe volume.
Purchases and subscriptions
If SenseWho offers a paid download, in-app purchase, or subscription, the purchase screen states the price, term, benefits, free trial, and renewal details. Apple processes App Store transactions, and its rules govern subscription management, cancellation, and refunds. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Data and privacy
We handle relevant information under the SenseWho Privacy Policy. Protect your device and Apple Account, and confirm that data is backed up before uninstalling the app, disabling iCloud, or changing devices. We may be unable to access or restore data stored only on your device or in your private iCloud container.
Acceptable use
You may not use SenseWho unlawfully, infringe others' rights, compromise product or service security, consume excessive network resources, or access, modify, scrape, or distribute product content without authorization. You may not use SenseWho or its audio to provide an unauthorized public or commercial playback service.
Third-party services and availability
SenseWho depends on the Apple App Store, StoreKit, iCloud, system media capabilities, networks, and device environments. Third-party services are governed by their own terms. We use reasonable efforts to maintain the product but cannot promise every feature will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device or in every region.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable beyond statutory requirements for losses caused by force majeure, third-party platforms, infrastructure, device failure, failure to back up data, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing here excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Termination, updates, and contact
You may stop using and delete SenseWho at any time. We may reasonably restrict service for serious violations, security threats, or infringement. We may update these terms as the product or law changes and will communicate material changes appropriately. Email hello@luridge.com with “SenseWho Terms” in the subject for questions.
