PLEASE READ BEFORE USE

These are the general terms for our products. Supplemental terms may explain product-specific features, payments, and account rules.

01

Acceptance and scope

Welcome to the websites, mobile applications, and related services provided by Luridge Technology Co., Ltd. By accessing or using a service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service. Product-specific supplemental terms form part of this agreement and prevail where they differ.

02

Services and changes

We work to provide stable, reliable products, but may add, adjust, suspend, or discontinue features based on user experience, technical conditions, or compliance requirements. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes except for urgent security maintenance or similar circumstances.

03

Account and device security

Some products may work without an account. Where an account is required, provide lawful and accurate information and protect your devices, system accounts, and authentication credentials. Responsibility for loss caused by voluntary sharing, inadequate protection, or third-party conduct is determined under applicable law. Contact us promptly if you notice unusual activity.

04

Acceptable use

You may not use the services for unlawful activity, infringe others' rights, disrupt normal operation, bypass security, attack or reverse engineer the services, or use automation to consume excessive resources. You are responsible for content you create, store, or share through a service.

05

Content and intellectual property

The products, website, interfaces, designs, software, trademarks, and related materials belong to us or their lawful owners. Unless permitted by law or authorized by us in writing, you may not copy, modify, sell, or commercially exploit them. You retain rights to your lawful content and grant us only the permissions necessary to provide the relevant features.

06

Payments, subscriptions, and refunds

If a product offers paid downloads, in-app purchases, or subscriptions, the purchase screen states the price, term, renewal, and benefits. Transactions through the Apple App Store or another platform are also governed by that platform's billing, cancellation, and refund rules. Manage subscriptions before the current term ends.

07

Third-party services

Services may include system capabilities, links, or content provided by Apple or other third parties. Those providers are independently responsible for their services, which are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We select necessary providers carefully but cannot guarantee third-party availability beyond what the law requires.

08

Service warranties and liability

We use reasonable efforts to maintain the services but cannot promise they will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every individual expectation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable beyond statutory requirements for interruptions caused by force majeure, infrastructure, platform systems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

09

Suspension and termination

You may stop using a service at any time. We may reasonably restrict or terminate access for serious violations, security threats, or infringement of others' rights. After termination, data is handled according to product functionality and legal requirements; back up content you wish to keep beforehand.

10

Governing law and disputes

These terms are formed, performed, and interpreted under the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes amicably; unresolved disputes may be brought before a court with jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

11

Updates and contact

We may update these terms as products or laws change and will provide reasonable notice. Questions about the terms or services may be sent to hello@luridge.com. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information by email.
