No Luridge account for the core experience; core preferences stay on device first; no sale of personal information; new system permissions are explained before access is requested.
Scope
This policy specifically explains how SenseWho handles information relating to you. It supplements the Luridge Technology general Privacy Policy. If the two differ, this product-specific policy controls for SenseWho.
Accounts and core data
SenseWho's core experience is designed to work without a Luridge account. Playback preferences, focus duration, timer settings, and other in-app configuration are generally stored on your device.
SenseWho does not proactively collect contacts, photos, precise location, microphone recordings, health data, or advertising identifiers. If a future feature needs a new system permission, we will explain why and ask for authorization first.
Information we may process
When you contact support, we process the email content you provide and the product version, device model, system version, reproduction steps, and screenshots you choose to share as needed to resolve the issue. Redact personal content from screenshots before sending them.
To maintain reliability, a released version may use crash reports or App Store diagnostics supplied by Apple. We use this technical information only to diagnose problems and improve performance, not for advertising profiles. Actual use is described in the app and system settings.
Audio and playback activity
SenseWho processes playback state, favorites, or scene preferences only to provide the listening and focus features you choose to use. We do not analyze ambient microphone audio or sell your listening activity.
Some audio may be downloaded or streamed. A server or content-delivery provider may therefore receive basic network information needed to fulfill the request, such as IP address and request time. Operational logs are retained only as needed for security and service delivery.
On-device storage and iCloud
In supported versions, if you enable iCloud synchronization, relevant preferences or app data may be stored in the private iCloud container associated with your Apple Account. Apple provides iCloud under its own terms and privacy policy.
You can disable SenseWho's iCloud access in system settings. Before disabling sync, signing out of your Apple Account, or uninstalling the app, confirm that any data you need is backed up.
Retention and security
On-device data generally remains until you delete it in the app, reset the data, or uninstall the app. Support correspondence and necessary diagnostics are retained only as long as needed to resolve issues, protect security, or meet legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no device, network, or storage method is completely secure. Protect your device, Apple Account, and system passcode.
Your choices and rights
You can manage notifications, cellular data, iCloud, and other permissions in app or system settings, and delete app data stored on your device. Subject to applicable law, you may also request access to, correction, a copy of, or deletion of personal information held by us.
Where data exists only on your device or in your private iCloud container, we may be unable to access or restore it for you.
Children's privacy
SenseWho is not directed to children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child submitted personal information without guardian consent.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy as SenseWho features, technology, or legal requirements change. We will communicate material changes in the app, on the website, or through another appropriate method.
